🧭 The Mission
Operate the Cessna 208 Caravan to the highest professional standards across IFR/VFR environments. You’ll plan and execute each sector with precision, uphold regulatory compliance, and embody a safety-first mindset while coordinating seamlessly with operations, engineering, and ground teams.
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Command the C208 in line with company SOPs and all applicable regulations.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, including performance, fuel, weight & balance, NOTAMs, weather, and alternates.
- Exercise sound single-pilot IFR decision-making with impeccable checklist discipline.
- Maintain precise navigation and communication standards; ensure accurate operational paperwork and flight logs.
- Champion a safety culture through proactive risk management and continuous improvement.
🌟 Minimum Requirements
- Total time: 1,500 hours
- PIC in type: 500 hours on C208
- Type rating: Required — C208
- License: Valid ICAO CPL with IR
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP level: 5
- Open to license holders: ICAO
🧾 Compliance & Clearances
- Accident/incident record: Verification from authority confirming no accidents/incidents
- Background check: Police Clearance Certificate required
