🧭 Role snapshot
As a Cadet Pilot, you will build on your foundational skills while preparing to operate the 737 MAX under airline procedures. You will train alongside experienced instructors, uphold the highest safety and compliance standards, and contribute to an excellent passenger experience through teamwork, communication, and a can‑do attitude.
- Participate in ground school, simulator phases, and operational training to reach line readiness.
- Apply standard operating procedures and maintain exceptional safety and compliance.
- Demonstrate customer focus, professionalism, and collaborative teamwork on every duty.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: Minimum 225 hours
- Flight time band: 225 to 1000 hours
- Licences: CPL with IR and ME
- Open to licence holders: GCAA (UAE) or ICAO
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
- Type rating: Not required (NTR welcome)

- Exam: GCAA Air‑law exam
- Languages: Fluent in English & Arabic
- Education: High School Diploma
- Military documentation: Proof of completion of Military Service before joining (preferred) or Proof of military exemption

🛫 Training & development
Type rating training on the 737 MAX is provided for selected candidates. Expect a structured pathway that includes ground school, simulator training, and operational preparation aligned with company and regulatory standards.
Note: You must hold a valid right to work as visa sponsorship is not provided.
