Boeing Captain (Multiple Types) – NTR Welcome, Training Provided

🧭 The role

As Captain, you will command Boeing operations across multiple fleet types as assigned, ensuring the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and passenger/crew care. You will model exceptional airmanship, lead with decisiveness, and communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

• Command flights on designated Boeing aircraft, adhering to company SOPs and SMS.
• Exercise strong judgment and timely decision-making in dynamic operational environments.
• Champion effective crew resource management and positive cockpit culture.
• Coordinate clearly with ATC, operations, and ground teams in English and Spanish.
• Uphold full compliance with AAC and ICAO regulations.
• Adapt to rostered and irregular schedules in line with operational requirements.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• License: Valid ATPL issued/accepted by the AAC.
• Medical: Current Class 1.
• Type rating: Not required; training provided on assigned Boeing aircraft.
• Language proficiency: ICAO ELP level 4 or higher.
• Bilingual certification: English/Spanish – minimum level 4 (oral and written), certified by the AAC.
