🧭 Role overview

As Captain across multiple Boeing aircraft types, you will lead the flight deck, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and passenger experience while adapting to fleet assignments as operationally required.

  • Command commercial flights within a multi-type Boeing operation, following company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and mentor the flight crew, fostering teamwork, open communication, and a just culture.
  • Exercise sound judgment in all phases of flight, making timely, data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Ground Services to deliver on-time performance.
  • Participate in recurrent training and checking to maintain currency across assigned Boeing types.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • License: Valid ATPL — Accepted: AAC
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Type Rating: Not required — full training provided on Boeing fleet
  • Language: Bilingual English/Spanish
  • English: ICAO ELP Level 5 (minimum)
  • Spanish: Minimum Level 4 (oral and written), certified by the AAC
  • Availability: Willing to work rosters aligned with operational requirements (including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed)
