Airline Captain – Boeing Fleet (Type Rating Provided)

As Captain, you are the final authority for flight safety and operational performance, guiding your crew and passengers with professionalism and sound judgment across our Boeing fleet.

🧰 What You’ll Do

• Exercise Pilot-in-Command authority, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and passenger care.
• Lead the flight deck, model exceptional CRM, and foster strong interpersonal relationships.
• Plan and execute flights in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Communicate clearly in English and Spanish with ATC, crew, and operations.
• Make timely, data-driven decisions during normal and irregular operations.
• Identify and resolve operational issues with a calm, analytical approach.

🌟 What You Bring

• Bilingual – English and Spanish, minimum level 4 (oral and written), certified by the AAC.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative leadership style.
• Strong analytical, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Availability to work the hours required by the operation, including irregular schedules as needed.
• Adaptability to follow and meet all prerequisites and processes required to begin the selection process.

📚 Minimum Requirements

• License: Current ATPL issued by the AAC.
• Medical: Valid Class 1.
• Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
• Type Rating: Not required; Boeing training provided upon successful selection.
• Visa: Sponsorship not provided; unrestricted right to work is required.

🎓 Training

Successful candidates will receive company-provided Boeing type rating training and operational induction to our standards and procedures.
