Boeing Business Jet Captain (737 NG/MAX) – Permanent

✈️ About the role

We are seeking a professional, flexible, dynamic, and motivated BBJ NG Captain for a permanent contract. As Captain, you exercise full authority for the safe operation of the designated aeroplane and act as the Company’s representative while on duty. You are responsible for the safety of all crewmembers, passengers, and cargo from the moment you arrive on board until you leave the aircraft at the end of the flight.

🧭 Key responsibilities

• Exercise command and ensure safe, compliant operations in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate with flight and cabin crew, maintaining high standards of CRM and communication.
• Oversee flight planning, performance, fuel strategy, and risk management for each mission.
• Interface professionally with clients, operations control, and maintenance to deliver a seamless experience.
• Uphold professionalism, discretion, and customer care consistent with BBJ operations.

🧰 What you bring

• Valid EASA or FAA ATP/ATPL with B737 type rating.
• Minimum 500 hours in type; current on B737 NG or B737 MAX.
• Valid Class 1 medical and ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
• Proven experience in AOC operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills, with a flexible, proactive mindset.
