✈️ Join Norse Atlantic as a Boeing 787 First Officer
We’re seeking highly skilled, motivated First Officers to help us deliver safe, efficient, and welcoming long‑haul operations on our Boeing 787 Dreamliner fleet. You’ll work closely with the Captain and Cabin Crew to uphold the highest standards of airmanship, service, and regulatory compliance—while bringing Norse Atlantic’s friendly spirit to every journey.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Operate the Boeing 787 as First Officer, ensuring the highest levels of safety, professionalism, and efficiency across all phases of flight.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the Captain and Cabin Crew to deliver a friendly, welcoming onboard experience while adhering to all company SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Conduct thorough pre‑flight planning, performance calculations, briefings, and post‑flight duties with meticulous attention to detail.
- Apply strong situational awareness and sound decision‑making in dynamic, long‑haul operational environments.
- Monitor weather, navigation, and aircraft systems; manage threats and errors proactively to maintain a safe operation.
- Contribute to a positive, safety‑first culture and represent Norse Atlantic with professionalism at all times.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Flight Time: A minimum of 500 hours total flight time as pilot on multi‑pilot (CS‑25) aircraft
- Licences: CPL, IR, ME — UK CAA only
- Medical: Class 1
- Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 5 (or higher)
- Type Rating: Boeing 787 type rating or willingness to complete company‑provided training
- Work Rights: Unrestricted right to live and work in the United Kingdom

📚 Training & development
NTR candidates are welcome — Norse Atlantic will provide Boeing 787 type rating training for successful applicants without a current B787 rating. You’ll receive comprehensive ground school, simulator training, and line training to set you up for success on the Dreamliner.
