🧭 The Opportunity
Command B777 services across an expansive, global network while upholding Korean Air’s renowned safety, service, and operational excellence. You’ll lead a high‑performing crew, optimize aircraft performance, and deliver a consistent world‑class experience on international schedules.
🧰 Minimum Qualifications
- PIC on B777: Minimum 1,000 hours.
- PIC airline jet transport: Minimum 2,500 hours total.
- Total airline jet transport time: Minimum 5,000 hours.
- Total flight time: Minimum 7,000 hours.
- License: Valid ATPL.
- English proficiency: ICAO Level 5 or above.
- Age: Under 60 years at date of joining.
- Recency: Flight on type within last 12 months (or within 24 months if current on any other jet transport).
- Medical: Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
🌟 What You’ll Do
- Operate Boeing 777 aircraft on international scheduled routes.
- Exercise command of the flight and lead effective crew resource management.
- Conduct thorough pre‑flight inspections, briefings, and performance reviews.
- Ensure strict adherence to Korean Air operational procedures and safety standards.
- Manage aircraft performance, fuel planning, and in‑flight decision‑making.
- Complete all required flight documentation and post‑flight reporting.
🧭 Hiring Timeline & Status
