Korean Air is seeking accomplished Boeing 777 Captains for a long-term, renewable contract. If you are type-rated on the B777 with a strong command background and a passion for operational excellence, we’d like to hear from you.
🧭 The Opportunity
Join a world-class carrier and take the left seat on the Boeing 777. This role is ideal for seasoned Captains who are current or recently current on type, committed to safety leadership, and comfortable operating within international standards and procedures.
🧰 Minimum Qualifications
- Total time: 7,000 hours
- PIC time: 2,500 hours
- Turbine time: 5,000 hours
- Type rating: Boeing 777 (required)
- Flight time notes: 1,000+ PIC hours on B777; 2,500+ total PIC airline jet transport hours; 5,000+ total airline jet transport hours
- Last flight: Flight on type within last 12 months (or within 24 months if current on any other jet transport)
- License: ATPL — ICAO acceptable
- Medical: Class 1
- ELP: ICAO Level 4 or higher
