Step into the left seat of an iconic widebody. We’re seeking an experienced Boeing 767 Captain to lead safe, efficient international operations while demonstrating exemplary airmanship, regulatory compliance, and collaborative crew leadership.
🧭 The Opportunity
As Captain on our Boeing 767 fleet, you’ll set the tone for safe, smooth and customer-focused operations across medium and long-haul routes. You’ll lead from the front—fostering a high-performance cockpit culture, elevating CRM, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism on every sector.
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Lead flight operations from preflight planning through post-flight debrief, ensuring safety, efficiency, and on-time performance.
- Apply CRM principles to optimize decision-making, teamwork, and communication across the flight deck and cabin.
- Operate in full compliance with applicable Civil Aviation Regulations (CARs) and company SOPs.
- Mentor and develop crew members, providing calm, clear leadership in all phases of flight.
- Represent the airline with professionalism and a strong customer focus.
🌟 Minimum Qualifications
- Total time: 4,000 hours
- PIC in Type: 1,000 hours on B767
- Type rating: Boeing 767 type rating required
- License: ATPL (Open to ICAO license holders)
- Medical: Class 1
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 5
Flight time notes: Non‑B767 type-rated Captains will be considered with a minimum of 5,000 hours total time and 1,500 hours pilot in command on aircraft above 60 tonnes MTOW.
🧠 Additional Requirements
- Experience commensurate with aircraft type as outlined in the Training Manual.
- Sound knowledge of applicable CARs and a strong safety mindset.
- Excellent communication skills; clear, concise briefing and effective collaboration are prerequisites.
- Full understanding and consistent practice of all CRM components.
