🧭 What You’ll Do
- Operate the Boeing 757 as First Officer in accordance with SOPs, company policies, and regulatory standards.
- Execute meticulous preflight planning, performance calculations, and systems checks to ensure safe, efficient operations.
- Apply sound CRM principles, maintaining clear, professional communication with the Captain, cabin crew, and ATC.
- Manage normal and non-normal procedures with composure, strong situational awareness, and effective problem-solving.
- Contribute to a proactive safety culture through disciplined checklist use, SMS engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Use bilingual skills to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish where operationally required.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- License: CPL with IR and ME
- Type Rating: Not required (Training Provided)
- Medical: Class 1
- ELP: ICAO Level 4 (minimum)
- License Authority: Open to AAC license holders
- Languages: English and Spanish

- Bilingual Proficiency: English/Spanish — minimum Level 4 (oral and written), certified by the AAC
- Interpersonal: Excellent teamwork, professionalism, and customer-focused demeanor
- Core Skills: Strong analytical, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Selection Process: Willingness and availability to dedicate the necessary time throughout all stages

No current type rating? No problem. This is an NTR (Non‑Type Rated) opportunity with structured training provided to set you up for success on the B757.
