Lead safe, compliant Boeing 757 operations from briefing to block‑in, exercising sound Captain’s authority and judgment.
Champion a strong safety culture: adhere to SOPs, manage threat and error, and contribute to SMS and continuous improvement.
Drive operational excellence: plan fuel and performance, monitor weather and NOTAMs, and make timely decisions in dynamic environments.
Foster high‑performing crews through effective CRM, coaching, and clear bilingual communication.
Represent the operation professionally with stakeholders, maintaining exceptional customer and team relations.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish: minimum level 4 (oral and written), certified by the AAC.
