  • Base: Accept company-designated base and reside there

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Operate the Boeing 737NG as First Officer in full compliance with company SOPs and aviation regulations.
  • Champion safety, risk management, and on-time performance through all phases of flight.
  • Exercise exemplary CRM, communication, and decision-making in a multi-crew environment.
  • Prepare thoroughly for each sector, including performance, fuel, and weather planning.
  • Maintain currency through recurrent training, checking, and continuous professional development.

🧰 Minimum qualifications

  • Education: At least high school graduation
  • Licence: Valid CPL with IR and ME
  • Type rating: Current Boeing 737NG
  • Medical: Current Class 1
  • English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Licence authority: DGCA (Turkey), EASA, FAA, or ICAO licences accepted

🧾 Additional requirements

  • Not having received any written punishment due to flight failure or flight indiscipline
  • Not having a criminal record or criminal archive record
  • Accepting the base determined by the company and residing there
  • The final pre-employment examination to be performed by AJet workplace physicians is essential
  • For Blue Card holder candidates: able to speak Turkish fluently and understandably
  • Not having failed training and control flights in Turkish Airlines or other airlines before
  • Not having previously left THY AO and its subsidiary companies through termination
