Boeing 737NG First Officer (Non‑Type Rated – Training Provided)

✈️ Boeing 737NG First Officer

Step onto the flight deck of the Boeing 737 Next Generation and build your jet career with a permanent First Officer position. Non‑type rated pilots are welcome — we provide full type rating and line training on the 737NG.

  • Employment: Permanent
  • Aircraft: Boeing 737 Next Generation (737NG)
  • Type rating: Not required (Training provided)
  • NTR: Accepted
  • Visa sponsorship: Not provided

🧭 Minimum requirements

  • Licence: Frozen ATPL with IR and ME (open to HKCAD licence holders)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
  • Radiotelephony: Valid Radiotelephony Operator’s Licence
  • Total time: 1,000 hours minimum
  • Turbine time: 500 hours minimum
  • Flight time notes:

    • At least 1,000 hours as P1 or P2; or 1,500 hours as P2X on a turbine or jet aircraft with a certified mass ≥ 30,000 kg and certified for two‑crew operations.
    • At least 500 hours on such aircraft; a lower threshold may be considered for joining pilots currently qualified on a Company aircraft type.

As an NTR hire, you’ll receive a comprehensive Boeing 737NG type rating, simulator phases led by experienced instructors, and a structured line training program. We’ll set you up for success in a modern, multi‑crew jet environment with a strong safety and SOP culture.

  • Class 1 medical and proof of ELP

  • Logbook summary highlighting qualifying total, turbine, and multi‑crew hours
