🧭 Minimum requirements

  • In type: Minimum 500 hours on the Boeing 737NG
  • Currency: At least 50 hours on type within the last 6 months
  • Licence: EASA Frozen ATPL (CPL/IR) with IR, MCC, ME and Advanced UPRT
  • Type rating: Valid and current B737NG
  • Medical: EASA Class 1
  • ICAO English: Level 5 minimum to apply

  • ELP upgrade: ICAO English Level 6 required prior to start of employment with Transavia
  • Passport: Valid EU passport
  • Sponsorship: Right to work required; visa sponsorship is not available

Note: Candidates who currently hold ICAO English Level 5 may apply, but must present Level 6 certification before their start date.

  • Collaborate closely with the Captain and cabin crew to ensure a punctual, customer-focused operation.
  • Maintain currency and proficiency through recurrent training and checking.
  • Proactively contribute to a just culture via safety reporting and continuous improvement.
