As a First Officer on the Boeing 737NG, you’ll partner with an experienced crew to deliver safe, on-time flights while upholding Transavia’s high standards of professionalism, teamwork, and customer care. You’ll fly across our network, apply sound decision-making, and bring a proactive, safety-first mindset to every sector.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• In type: 500 hours on the Boeing 737NG
• Currency: 50 hours on type in the last 6 months
• License: Frozen ATPL with IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT (accepted licenses: EASA)
• Type rating: Current Boeing 737NG type rating
• Medical: Class 1
• Language proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 5 minimum to apply; Level 6 required before start
• Passport: Valid EU passport
• Visa sponsorship: Not provided

🌟 What you’ll do

• Operate the Boeing 737NG in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the Captain and Cabin Crew to ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations.
• Apply strong situational awareness, threat and error management, and disciplined checklist usage on every sector.
• Maintain high standards of airmanship, communication, and professionalism while supporting on-time performance.

🧾 Additional requirements

• Direct entry: This vacancy is open to type-rated pilots joining as direct-entry First Officers.
• ELP 6 before start: You must hold ICAO ELP Level 6 prior to commencing employment with Transavia.
