🧭 Your mission
As a 737 MAX First Officer, you will operate as part of a high-performing multi-crew flight deck, ensuring safe, efficient and on-time operations across our network. You bring technical precision, strong situational awareness and outstanding crew resource management to every sector.
- Execute all phases of flight in accordance with SOPs, regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, performance calculations and systems checks on modern EFIS platforms and FMS.
- Collaborate closely with the Captain and cabin crew to deliver an exceptional, safe customer experience.
- Practice effective decision-making, workload management and clear, concise communication.
- Champion a just culture, safety reporting and continuous improvement on every rotation.
- Use computerized crew management tools (preferably AIMS) for roster awareness and duty compliance.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 2,500 hours minimum
- Multi-engine time: 1,000 hours minimum
- Turbine time: 1,000 hours minimum
- EFIS/Multi-crew experience: At least 1,000 hours on modern EFIS, multi-crew, multi-engine aeroplanes over 10 tonnes MTOW (PIC time preferable)
- Multi-pilot aeroplane: Minimum 1,500 hours MPA time
- License: Valid ATPL — open to ICAO license holders
- Medical: Current Class 1
- English: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Type Rating: Not required — training provided on the Boeing 737 MAX
