Boeing 737 MAX First Officer – Panama City

🧭 What you’ll do

• Assist the Captain in the safe, efficient operation of the Boeing 737 in accordance with local and international aviation regulations and Copa Airlines procedures.
• Maintain unwavering commitment to flight safety, SOP adherence, and high‑quality passenger service.
• Support all phases of flight, including preflight planning, normal/abnormal procedures, and post‑flight duties.
• Communicate clearly with the flight crew, cabin crew, and operational teams to ensure on-time, safe performance.

🧰 What you bring

• Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL). Application documents may include either a CPL or ATP.
• Current, unrestricted First-Class Medical Certificate.
• Multi-engine rating and instrument rating.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or higher.
• Valid United States tourist visa.
• Minimum total fixed‑wing flight time:
  • Panamanian applicants: 250+ hours.
  • Foreign applicants: 1,000+ hours.
• Proven professionalism, teamwork, and customer-centric mindset.
