🧭 The Role

Our First Officers assist the Captain in safely operating the aircraft in full compliance with local and international aviation regulations and company policies and procedures. You’ll be part of a high-performing crew focused on precision, professionalism, and warm customer service.

• Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Support thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, briefings, and checklists.
• Apply strong Crew Resource Management to maintain situational awareness and safety margins.
• Uphold exemplary safety standards while contributing to an on-time, efficient operation.
• Provide attentive, courteous service that reflects our commitment to passenger satisfaction.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

• Total time: 350 hours (For foreign applicants: minimum 1,000 hours total time in fixed-wing aircraft)
• Licenses: CPL, IR, ME
• Authority: Open to AAC license holders
• Medical: Class 1
• Language: ICAO ELP Level 5
• Type rating: Not required — training provided by the company
• Work authorization: Must have the legal right to work; visa sponsorship not provided
