🧰 What you’ll do
- Operate the B737 MAX in full compliance with company SOPs, EASA regulations, and all operational policies.
- Execute thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, fuel and weather assessments, and briefings with the Captain and cabin crew.
- Maintain exemplary situational awareness and CRM, actively supporting safe and efficient decision-making throughout every phase of flight.
- Monitor aircraft systems and flight progress, managing normal, abnormal, and emergency checklists with precision and calm.
- Champion a just culture, reporting safety events and contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Participate in recurrent training, checks, and standardization to keep skills current and sharp.
🌟 What you bring
- In type: Minimum 500 hours on type.
- Type rating: Required for the B737 MAX.
- License req.: ATPL (Frozen), IR, ME.
- Open to Lic. Holders: EASA only.
- Medical: Class 1.
- ICAO ELP level: 5 or higher.
- Right to work: Legal right to live and work in the EU/EEC; visa sponsorship not provided.
- Passport: Unrestricted for international travel.
- Background: No criminal record and able to pass a 5-year security/background check.
