Arajet, the Dominican Republic’s low-cost carrier, is expanding and seeking skilled First Officers to fly as Second in Command on our modern Boeing 737 MAX fleet. If you’re safety-focused, team-oriented, and eager to grow your career with a dynamic Caribbean airline, we want to hear from you.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Serve as Second in Command on Arajet’s B737 MAX, supporting the Captain through all phases of flight.
- Monitor flight progress, aircraft systems, and performance to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
- Participate in flight planning, briefings, checklists, and post‑flight debriefs in line with SOPs.
- Contribute to on-time performance and a safety-first culture across a growing regional and international network.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Type rating on Boeing 737 NG/MAX (preferred).
- Valid ICAO CPL or ATPL.
- Current First Class Medical.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
- Current U.S. B1/B2 visa (if required for operations).
- Total time: 1,500+ hours (1,000+ hours for Dominican candidates).
- No minimum PIC hours required.
