🧭 What you’ll do

  • Serve as Second in Command on Arajet’s B737 MAX, supporting the Captain through all phases of flight.
  • Monitor flight progress, aircraft systems, and performance to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
  • Participate in flight planning, briefings, checklists, and post‑flight debriefs in line with SOPs.
  • Contribute to on-time performance and a safety-first culture across a growing regional and international network.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Type rating on Boeing 737 NG/MAX (preferred).
  • Valid ICAO CPL or ATPL.
  • Current First Class Medical.
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
  • Current U.S. B1/B2 visa (if required for operations).
  • Total time: 1,500+ hours (1,000+ hours for Dominican candidates).
  • No minimum PIC hours required.
