• Deliver a consistent, passenger‑focused experience while maintaining operational punctuality.
• Complete pre‑ and post‑flight planning, performance calculations, and rigorous threat and error management.
• Participate in recurrent training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Non‑type rated captains who meet the minimum experience will receive a full Boeing 737 MAX transition program, including ground school, full‑flight simulator sessions, and supervised line flying to release. Currency and recency requirements will be verified during selection.
