🧭 Minimum requirements
- Total Time: 5,000 hours
- PIC Time: 1,000 hours
- Flight Time Notes: 1,000 hours as PIC on transport category aircraft over 100 passengers
- License Requirement: ATPL (ICAO)
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 5
- Type Rating: Not required (training provided on the Boeing 737 MAX)
- Non‑Type Rated: Accepted

- Lead safe, efficient operations as aircraft commander on the Boeing 737 MAX.
- Exercise sound decision‑making through all phases of flight, adhering to SOPs and regulatory standards.

- Deliver a consistent, passenger‑focused experience while maintaining operational punctuality.
- Complete pre‑ and post‑flight planning, performance calculations, and rigorous threat and error management.
- Participate in recurrent training and continuous improvement initiatives.

🧭 Training & onboarding
Non‑type rated captains who meet the minimum experience will receive a full Boeing 737 MAX transition program, including ground school, full‑flight simulator sessions, and supervised line flying to release. Currency and recency requirements will be verified during selection.
