🧭 The Mission

Operate B737 MAX flights with an unwavering commitment to flight safety and regulatory compliance, helping expand reliable air connectivity throughout the Dominican Republic and the wider Caribbean region.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Command B737 MAX operations in accordance with company SOPs and all applicable regulations.
  • Lead the flight deck, mentor crew members, and foster a strong safety and CRM culture.
  • Perform thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and fuel management.
  • Execute precise, stabilized approaches and ensure exemplary airmanship in all phases of flight.
  • Coordinate effectively with dispatch, ATC, and ground operations to ensure safe, on-time performance.
  • Maintain meticulous flight records and uphold all regulatory and company standards.

🌟 What You Bring

  • Total time: 5,000+ hours.
  • PIC time: 1,500+ hours on aircraft with MTOW ≥ 45 tons.
  • Type rating: B737 NG/MAX (preferred).
  • License: Current ATP/ATPL.
  • Medical: Current First Class Medical.
  • English: ICAO Level 4 or higher.
  • Travel documentation: Valid U.S. B1/B2 visa (if required).
  • Proven record of regulatory compliance, sound judgment, and professional integrity.

📍 Where You’ll Fly

Based in the Dominican Republic with operations across the Caribbean. Routes and schedules are driven by operational needs.
