Boeing 737 MAX Captain | Copa Airlines – Panama City

✈️ The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Boeing 737 MAX Captains to command scheduled operations throughout the Americas. You will champion safety, deliver outstanding customer service, and set the tone for teamwork on every flight.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Operate B737 MAX aircraft on scheduled routes across Copa’s network.
• Ensure the highest standards of air safety, regulatory compliance, and SOP adherence.
• Lead and mentor the flight crew, fostering teamwork and a customer-first mindset.
• Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, inspections, and crew briefings.
• Maintain exceptional situational awareness, decision-making, and CRM throughout all phases of flight.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

• ATPL / ATP license.
• Unrestricted First-class medical certificate.
• Minimum 5,000 hours total flight time.
• At least 1,000 hours Pilot-in-Command on transport category aircraft certified for over 100 passengers.
• Current B737 MAX type rating.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5.
• Valid ID or passport; updated logbook sealed by the Aviation Authority.
• Eligible to work in Panama.
