🧭 Your mission
Lead safe, efficient 737 MAX operations while setting the tone for professionalism, teamwork, and passenger care.
- Operate as PIC on the B737 MAX, ensuring full regulatory compliance and exemplary airmanship.
- Uphold and champion safety through strict adherence to SOPs and the SMS.
- Mentor and collaborate with flight and ground teams within a diverse, multicultural operation.
- Proactively contribute ideas that drive continuous improvement across the company.
🧰 What you’ll bring
- Minimum 3 years’ civil aviation experience.
- No history of accidents or incidents.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and solutions-focused leadership.
- Strong cross-cultural communication and teamwork skills.
🌟 Minimum flight and licensing requirements
- Total time: 5,000 hours
- PIC on type: 1,500 hours
- 737 Commander time: At least 1,500 hours on B737CL, NG, or MAX as Commander
- Type rating: Current B737 type rating required
- License: Valid ATPL (EASA or ICAO)
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English: Level 4
