Boeing 737 First Officer – Air Europa, Madrid (Permanent)

🧭 The role

Operate as Second-in-Command on Air Europa’s Boeing 737 fleet from our Madrid base. You’ll fly short- and medium‑haul schedules alongside a highly professional crew, upholding the airline’s safety, SOP adherence, and customer service standards. Successful candidates will join under a permanent contract with intakes beginning December 2026.

🧰 What you’ll bring

• Frozen ATPL(A) issued under EASA Part‑FCL with MCC.
• Valid Class 1 medical certificate.
• ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
• ICAO Spanish Level 6.
• DNI or NIE granting unrestricted authorization to work in Spain.
• Valid, unrestricted passport.
• Clean criminal record.
• Boeing 737 type rating.
• 500 hours on the Boeing 737.
• Availability to start from December 2026.

Preferred (not required): Boeing 737 MAX experience and course, university degree, full ATPL(A), and COPAC membership.

🧭 Selection process & key dates

• Phase 1 — Friday, 6 November 2026 (Madrid): In‑person ATPL(A) general knowledge test plus personality and skills assessments. All assessments are delivered digitally — bring a fully charged, fully operational laptop or tablet.
• Phase 2 — Monday 9 to Wednesday 11 November 2026 (Madrid): In‑person interview and simulator evaluation. Invitation is only for candidates who pass Phase 1.

Timeline: Applications close 15 October 2026; successful candidates will be incorporated progressively from December 2026.
