Step into the left seat of a classic workhorse. If you’re a seasoned jet Captain with scheduled airline hours in Japan, we’ll provide the B737 Classic type training you need to lead safely, smoothly, and confidently.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Captain Boeing 737 Classic operations with an unwavering focus on safety, compliance, and on-time performance.
  • Lead the flight deck, set the tone for exemplary CRM, and mentor first officers and cabin crew.
  • Execute SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements to the highest standard.
  • Employ sound airmanship in all phases of flight, including dynamic weather and busy terminal environments.
  • Communicate effectively in English and Japanese with ATC, crew, and ground operations.

🧰 What you bring

  • Proven experience as a jet Captain in air transport category aircraft.
  • Documented pilot hours with a scheduled airline within Japan.
  • Valid JCAB ATPL or CPL.
  • Current Class 1 medical.
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
  • Fluency in English and Japanese.
  • Eligibility to work in Japan (visa sponsorship is not provided).
  • Willingness to complete company-provided B737 Classic type training and line checks.
