🧭 Your Mission

As Captain, you’ll set the tone for safety, efficiency, and crew coordination on every flight. You’ll model disciplined SOP adherence, clear decision-making, and thoughtful mentorship while delivering a professional passenger experience in a scheduled airline setting in Japan.

  • Command the Boeing 737 Classic in accordance with company SOPs and JCAB regulations.
  • Lead a multi-crew flight deck with robust CRM, maintaining a safety-first mindset.
  • Exercise sound judgment in dynamic operational conditions and time-critical scenarios.
  • Support flight standards, recurrent training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Represent the airline professionally with passengers, crews, and operational partners.

🧰 What You’ll Bring (Minimum Requirements)

  • Captain Experience: Must have experience as a jet Captain in air transport category aircraft.
  • Japan Airline Hours: Have pilot hours with a scheduled airline within Japan.
  • Licences: ATPL or CPL (JCAB).
  • Medical: Class 1 (valid).
  • Language Proficiency: English and Japanese; ICAO ELP Level 4 minimum.
  • Type Rating: Not required – willing to complete company-provided B737 Classic training.
  • Work Authorization: Ability to live and work in Japan (no visa sponsorship provided).
