🧭 About the role

As a Line Pilot on the BN-2 Islander, you will operate scheduled and charter flights in diverse weather and terrain, delivering safe, reliable, and on-time service. You will exercise sound decision-making in day/night, VFR/IFR operations as required, maintain the highest professional standards, and represent the brand with a customer-first mindset.

  • Conduct flight planning, performance, weight and balance, and fuel calculations in accordance with company procedures.
  • Operate the BN-2 Islander to exacting SOPs, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.
  • Work closely with operations, maintenance, and ground teams to deliver efficient turnarounds and great passenger experiences.
  • Contribute to a positive safety culture through disciplined checklist use, SMS reporting, and continuous improvement.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 1,500 hours
  • Multi-engine: 500 hours
  • Type rating: BN-2 Islander type-rated (current or recent)
  • License: UK CAA CPL with IR and ME
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 minimum
