🧭 Your mission
Deliver safe, efficient, and reliable BN-2 Islander line operations while exemplifying a customer-focused, team-first mindset. You’ll apply sound airmanship, crisp communication, and strict adherence to SOPs, the SMS, and all regulatory requirements.
- Execute day-to-day line flying with disciplined preflight planning, fuel management, and performance calculations.
- Operate to company SOPs and checklists, maintaining high standards in all phases of flight.
- Exercise proactive threat and error management and strong decision-making in dynamic conditions.
- Collaborate closely with operations, maintenance, and fellow crew to ensure service continuity and punctuality.
- Provide professional, courteous interactions with customers and stakeholders.
- Contribute to a just culture by reporting hazards and participating in safety improvements.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total Time: 1,500 hours
- Multi-Engine: 500 hours
- Type Rating: BN-2 Islander (current)
- Licences: UK CAA CPL, IR, ME
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4+
