✈️ Lead the Line as a B787 Dreamliner Captain
Step into command on a modern, fuel-efficient fleet and bring your leadership and long-haul expertise to the Boeing 787. This is a permanent, direct-entry captaincy with full type rating training provided (NTR) and visa sponsorship available.
🧭 The Opportunity
As a B787 Captain, you will lead a professional, multi-crew flight deck and ensure safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations across an international network. You’ll set the tone for operational excellence, mentor flight crew, and deliver a consistently exceptional standard of airmanship.
🧰 Training & Onboarding (NTR)
- Full Boeing 787 type rating course provided for non-type-rated captains.
- Comprehensive ground school, simulator training, and line training to command standard.
- Ongoing proficiency, safety, and leadership development aligned with company and CAAS standards.
🌟 Minimum Requirements
- Total flight time: more than 5,000 hours on aeroplanes with maximum takeoff mass ≥ 5,700 kg.
- Minimum 2,000 PIC hours (excluding P1 U/S) on multi-engine jet, commercial airline transport aircraft certificated for multi-crew operation.
- Valid ATPL (accepted: CAAS or ICAO-compliant).
- Valid Class 1 medical.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
🧾 Additional Requirements
- For foreign ATPL holders: ability to complete conversion to a CAAS ATPL, including an instrument rating and proficiency check with at least 6 months’ remaining validity at the time of application.
- Compliant with all vaccination requirements as mandated by CAAS.
- Eligibility for company-sponsored work authorization and travel as required.
