Air India Express, part of the Air India Group, is hiring experienced, type-rated co-pilots to operate the Boeing 737 Next Generation fleet from Gurugram, India. If you hold a valid CPL or ATPL with a current B737 co-pilot endorsement and post–line release experience, we’d love to hear from you.

🧭 The Opportunity

Operate scheduled airline services as a B737 co‑pilot within a high‑performance, safety-first operation. You will work within a professional crew environment, uphold regulatory compliance, and contribute to on-time, reliable operations. Preference will be given to candidates available to join immediately.

🧰 Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the Boeing 737 as co-pilot on scheduled airline services.
  • Conduct thorough pre‑flight inspections, briefings, and flight planning.
  • Maintain strict compliance with company SOPs, the Operations Manual, and all regulatory requirements.
  • Apply effective Crew Resource Management to ensure safe, efficient operations.
  • Complete all required flight documentation, reports, and post‑flight tasks accurately and on time.

🌟 What You’ll Bring

  • Indian National or Overseas Citizen of India (OCI).
  • Valid CPL or ATPL.
  • Current and valid IR and Pilot Proficiency Check.
  • Valid FRTOL and COP/RTR.
  • B737 Co‑Pilot Endorsement (type rating) with minimum 100 hours commercial airline experience post line release on B737.
  • Valid Class I medical fitness certificate.
  • ICAO Aviation English Level 4 or higher.
  • Maximum age 40 years (up to 45 for Defence Pilots with B737 rating and ATPL).
  • Clean incident/accident record for the preceding 3 years; no DGCA enforcement action in the preceding 3 years.
  • Breath analyzer clearance as required.
  • Mandatory eGCA ID with all licences and documents validated.
