Global Jet Luxembourg — a leading European aircraft-management company with 20+ years serving entrepreneurs, business leaders, and HNWIs — is recruiting an experienced Captain for its Boeing 737 Classic cargo operation. This is a worldwide, open-base role on a three-weeks-on / three-weeks-off rotation. We seek professionals whose expertise is matched by the right attitude, philosophy, and interpersonal skills.

🧭 The Mission

Operate as Pilot-in-Command of Global Jet’s B737 Classic freighter, delivering safe, efficient, and reliable cargo services across a global network from an open base on a predictable 3/3 rotation.

  • Lead all flight phases as Captain (PIC) in compliance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
  • Plan and execute missions across diverse geographies and environments.
  • Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground operations to ensure punctual, secure operations.
  • Apply sound judgement and strong CRM to manage dynamic scenarios and operational constraints.
  • Champion safety, professionalism, and service excellence on every sector.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

  • Type & License: Valid EASA license with B737 Classic type rating.
  • Hours: 3,000+ total time; 500+ PIC; 500+ jet time; minimum 500 hours as Captain on B737 Classic.
  • Competencies: Excellent problem-solving, decisive and situationally aware, strong CRM and communication.
  • Flexibility: Comfortable with variable hours, worldwide travel, and a 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off roster.
  • Records: Clean accident/incident history; no criminal or security restrictions.

Preferred: Experience in African flight operations.
