🧭 The Opportunity

As Captain on the B737 Classic, you will lead safe, efficient commercial jet operations, champion high standards of airmanship, and mentor flight deck and cabin colleagues. You will ensure full compliance with company procedures and JCAB regulations while delivering a polished passenger experience.

🧰 Training & Onboarding

  • Type rating provided for the B737 Classic (no prior type rating required).
  • Structured ground school, simulator phases, and supervised line operations culminating in line check.
  • Recurrent training and continuous proficiency development aligned with JCAB standards.

🌟 What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a jet Captain in air transport category aircraft.
  • Documented pilot hours with a scheduled airline within Japan.
  • Current ATPL or CPL issued/accepted by JCAB.
  • Valid Class 1 Medical.
  • ICAO ELP Level 4.
  • Professional fluency in English and Japanese.
  • Strong leadership, CRM, and decision-making underpinned by a safety-first mindset.

🧭 Eligibility Notes

  • Open to JCAB license holders.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available; candidates must already have the right to live and work in Japan.
