🧭 What you’ll do
- Operate ATR 72 series aircraft as First Officer in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Conduct thorough pre‑flight planning, including performance, fuel, and weight & balance calculations.
- Champion safety, compliance, and Threat & Error Management throughout all phases of flight.
- Execute checklist discipline and support the Captain with sound, timely decision‑making.
- Manage normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures per the QRH.
- Deliver operational excellence and a positive passenger experience with professional communication and teamwork.
- Maintain proficiency via recurrent training, checks, and continuous learning.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Type rating: Current ATR 72/42 type rating (Type‑Rated)
- Flight experience: Demonstrated experience on ATR family variants
- Licence: CPL with IR and ME
- Open to: ICAO licence holders
- Medical: Valid EASA Class 1
- English: EASA/ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher

- Successfully pass all EASA-required background checks
- Obtain/maintain a valid EASA Class 1 medical certificate
- Hold or obtain EASA English Language Proficiency Level 4+
- Obtain an EU residence permit
- Secure EASA licence validation (as applicable)
- Provide a no‑incident/no‑accident certificate from authority or previous employer
- No criminal record
- Acceptance of a 24‑month employment bond
