✈️ The opportunity

As a Direct Entry Captain on the ATR 72, you will lead safe, efficient operations across short-haul and regional sectors. You will set the tone for operational excellence on the flight deck, mentor your crew, and make sound decisions that prioritise safety, compliance, and the customer experience.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total Time: 1500 hours minimum
  • Licences: CPL, IR, ME (EASA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO English: Level 4 or higher
  • Flight Time Notes: Demonstrated experience flying ATR aircraft variants

🌟 Additional requirements

  • Certificates: No-incident/accident certificate issued by authority or previous employer
  • Background: No criminal record
  • Work Rights: Ability to live and work without employer-provided visa sponsorship

🎓 Training & type rating

NTR welcome. A full ATR 72 type rating and company differences training will be provided to successful candidates who meet the experience criteria. Recurrent training and checking are conducted to the highest standards.

  • Lead and mentor the flight deck and cabin crew to deliver safe, on-time performance
  • Exercise sound judgement in dynamic operational environments and weather

  • Maintain proficiency through recurrent training, checks, and continuous improvement
