🧭 The Opportunity

Lead safe, efficient ATR 72 operations across our dynamic turboprop network, delivering operational excellence and warm Filipino hospitality while upholding the highest standards of safety and customer care.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

  • Total Time: 3,000 hours
  • Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time: 1,000 hours
  • PIC on ATR 72 Type: 500 hours
  • License: ATPL (ICAO accepted)
  • Type Rating: Current ATR 72 type rating
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO English Proficiency: Level 4 or higher
  • Radio License: Valid Radio Telephone Operator License
  • Visa Sponsorship: Not provided

  • Command ATR 72 flights in accordance with company SOPs, Philippine civil aviation regulations, and international standards.
  • Lead and mentor the flight deck and cabin teams to ensure a safety-first, service-driven operation.
  • Deliver thorough flight preparation: performance and weather analysis, operational briefings, and fuel/payload management.
  • Exercise sound judgment in dynamic conditions to maintain safety, efficiency, and on-time performance.
  • Champion Cebu Pacific’s mission to create memorable moments for every Juan on every sector.

📎 Additional Notes

  • Eligibility: Open to holders of an ICAO ATPL who meet the stated experience and proficiency requirements.
  • Currency: Recency and proficiency on ATR 72 required per regulation and company policy.
  • Employment Type: Permanent, full-time
