🧭 Your Mission

As an ATR 72 Captain, you will lead safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations across our network—setting the tone on the flight deck, mentoring First Officers, and upholding Cebu Pacific’s high standards of safety and service.

Exercise full command of ATR 72 operations, ensuring the highest levels of safety and compliance.
Plan and execute flights, including performance, fuel, and weight-and-balance calculations.
Uphold company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and best practices in SMS/TEM.
Lead clear, calm crew coordination and decision-making in all phases of flight.
Deliver caring, customer-first service that creates unforgettable moments for every Juan.
Maintain proficiency and currency through recurrent training and checking.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

Total Time: 3000 hours
PIC Time: 1000 hours
PIC on Type: 500 hours on ATR 72
Type Rating: ATR 72 type rating required
License: ATPL (open to ICAO license holders)
Medical: Class 1
ICAO ELP Level: 4
Radio License: Valid radio-telephony license (required)
Visa Sponsorship: Not provided
