🧭 The Role

As an ATR 72 Captain, you’ll lead safe, efficient regional operations in accordance with EASA regulations and company SOPs. You’ll champion a just culture, mentor your crew, and deliver a reliable, passenger-focused experience.

  • Command ATR 72 operations with precision in varied weather and airfield environments.
  • Ensure rigorous adherence to safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
  • Optimize on-time performance, fuel planning, and flight efficiency.
  • Support, brief, and mentor the flight deck to maintain high CRM standards.

🧰 What You Bring

  • ATR experience: Demonstrated experience flying ATR aircraft variants.
  • Type rating: Current ATR type rating (required).
  • Licences: Valid CPL, IR, and ME.
  • Medical: EASA Class 1 (current or ability to obtain prior to start).
  • English: EASA/ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.

🌟 Compliance & Clearances

  • Background: Successfully pass the EASA-required background check.
  • No incident/accident: Certificate issued by authority or previous employer.
  • Criminal record: None; provide clean police clearance.
  • EASA validation: Ability to obtain EASA licence validation.
  • Residence: Ability to obtain an EU residence permit.

🧾 Minimum Qualifications

  • Type rating: Required (ATR 72).
  • Licences: CPL + IR + ME (EASA or ICAO with validation).
  • Medical: EASA Class 1.
  • English: ICAO Level 4 or above.
  • Flight time: Demonstrated experience on ATR aircraft variants.

Pilots holding non-EASA (ICAO) licences are welcome and must be eligible for EASA validation.

  • Bond: 24-month training bond applies.
