Senior First Officer (ATR 72-600)

As a Senior First Officer, you’ll be a key contributor to safe, efficient, and on-time regional operations. You will support the PIC through every phase of flight, uphold the highest standards of CRM and SOP adherence, and represent the flight deck with professionalism and calm leadership.

• License: ATPL issued by DGCA (India)
• Type Rating: Current and valid on ATR 72-600; must be line-released as First Officer
• Medical: Class 1
• Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 (minimum)
• Radio Qualifications: FRTO and RTR
• Record: Accident & incident free at the time of application
• Eligibility: Open to DGCA (India) license holders only

• Exemplary CRM, situational awareness, and decision-making under time-critical conditions
• Disciplined SOP and checklist execution with a proactive, safety-first mindset
• Clear, concise flight deck and RT communication; confident cabin leadership when delegated
• Commitment to continuous learning, recurrent training excellence, and data-driven safety

• Support the PIC across all phases of flight in full compliance with FCOM, QRH, and company policies
• Conduct precise performance calculations, fuel planning, and dispatch coordination for ATR 72-600 operations
• Execute thorough pre- and post-flight inspections and maintain accurate technical log entries
• Champion punctuality and service quality without compromising safety

• Documentation: Valid ATPL, Class 1, ELP Level 4, FRTO/RTR, and ATR 72-600 type rating with line release
