Join as a First Officer on the ATR 42 in a permanent role designed for motivated pilots. Non-type-rated candidates are welcome — full type rating and line training provided. Fluency in Spanish and strong English proficiency (ICAO ELP Level 5) are essential.
🧭 Your mission
As an ATR 42 First Officer, you will support the Captain in delivering safe, efficient, and on-time operations. You’ll conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and weight-and-balance checks; manage radios and navigation; monitor weather and NOTAMs; and apply disciplined SOPs, checklist usage, and strong CRM throughout every phase of flight.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 250 hours (minimum)
- Licences: CPL + IR + ME — open to ICAO licence holders
- Medical: Class 1
- Type rating: Not required — ATR 42 training provided
- Language proficiency: Fluency in Spanish and English; ICAO ELP Level 5
- Safety record: No record of accidents or incidents

🎓 Training & development
