🧭 Your Mission

As a key member of our flight deck, you will support the Captain in delivering safe, punctual, and passenger-focused short-haul operations on the ATR 42.

  • Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
  • Demonstrate outstanding CRM, situational awareness, and decision-making.
  • Conduct pre‑flight planning, performance calculations, and thorough briefings.
  • Champion safety, reporting, and continuous improvement across every sector.

  • Valid ICAO CPL with IR and ME.
  • Current Class 1 medical.
  • ICAO ELP Level 5.
  • Fluency in Spanish and proficient English communication.
