🧭 Your mission

As an ATR 42 First Officer, you will support safe, efficient, and on-time operations across regional routes, working closely with the Captain and operations teams.

  • Execute First Officer duties from pre-flight planning and briefings to post-flight debriefs.
  • Operate strictly within SOPs and regulatory requirements to uphold the highest safety standards.
  • Maintain excellent CRM, situational awareness, and decision-making.
  • Communicate clearly in English and Spanish with flight deck, cabin, and ground personnel.

  • Total time: 250 hours (minimum)
  • Type rating: Not required; ATR 42 training provided
  • License: Valid CPL, IR, ME
  • Accepted licenses: ICAO
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: 5
  • Languages: English and Spanish
