Step into the right seat of the ATR 42 on a permanent contract. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated pilots with at least 250 hours, ICAO-compliant licenses, and strong English and Spanish skills to grow on a proven regional turboprop.
🧭 Your mission
As an ATR 42 First Officer, you will support safe, efficient, and on-time operations across regional routes, working closely with the Captain and operations teams.
- Execute First Officer duties from pre-flight planning and briefings to post-flight debriefs.
- Operate strictly within SOPs and regulatory requirements to uphold the highest safety standards.
- Maintain excellent CRM, situational awareness, and decision-making.
- Communicate clearly in English and Spanish with flight deck, cabin, and ground personnel.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 250 hours (minimum)
- Type rating: Not required; ATR 42 training provided
- License: Valid CPL, IR, ME
- Accepted licenses: ICAO
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP level: 5
- Languages: English and Spanish
🌟 Additional requirements
- Fluency in Spanish.
- No record of accidents or incidents.
- Strong safety mindset and professional conduct.
Candidates must meet all applicable regulatory requirements for commercial operations.

Successful candidates will receive ATR 42 type training and line indoctrination to achieve operational readiness as First Officer.
