🧭 What you’ll do
- Execute safe, efficient flights in full compliance with SOPs, company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough pre‑flight planning, performance calculations, fuel checks and aircraft documentation review.
- Work closely with the Captain and cabin crew using robust CRM to manage normal, abnormal and emergency procedures.
- Apply modern navigation and approach techniques (including RNAV/RNP/PBN as applicable) and maintain situational awareness in all phases of flight.
- Contribute to a just culture by reporting safety events, hazards and observations to continuously improve operations.
- Maintain training currency, technical knowledge and professional standards at all times.
- Represent the airline with courtesy and clarity in all communications with ATC, ground teams and customers.
🧰 What you bring
- EASA ATPL(A) or frozen ATPL (CPL/IR/ME + MCC).
- Valid EASA Class 1 Medical.
- ICAO English Level 4+; additional European languages are a plus.
- Strong CRM, TEM and decision‑making skills with a calm, customer‑focused approach.
- Right to live and work in Luxembourg or the EU, with a valid passport for unrestricted travel.
- Desirable: recent multi‑crew, multi‑engine jet or turboprop experience; current type rating is an advantage.
