🧰 The Role

As an Airline Captain in our multi‑fleet environment, you will lead from the front—delivering safe, efficient operations and an outstanding passenger experience on every sector.

• Command day‑to‑day flight operations in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a just culture and high‑performance team environment with your crew.
• Exercise sound decision‑making in dynamic operational conditions.
• Champion safety management, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.
• Represent Air Astana’s service ethos to customers and stakeholders.

🌟 Minimum Requirements

• Total time: 4,500 hours
• PIC time: 1,200 hours
• License: ATPL
• Open to ICAO license holders: Yes
• Medical: Class 1
• ELP: ICAO Level 4 or higher
• Last flight: Flown the type within the last six (6) months with a current LPC. Applicants not meeting 6‑month recency may be considered based on overall experience and professional background.
• Type rating: Not required (NTR) — training provided

All qualifications must be current and verifiable at the time of application.
