✈️ The opportunity

Emirates is seeking experienced Airbus First Officers to join a high-visibility program that fast-tracks eligible pilots to Captain. Complete a minimum of 700 stick hours in the right-hand seat and successfully pass two EBT recurrent modules to become eligible for command upgrade assessment and training.

🧭 What you will do

  • Operate Airbus FBW aircraft on scheduled services from the right-hand seat.
  • Accumulate a minimum of 700 stick hours as First Officer within the program.
  • Complete two EBT recurrent training modules to readiness standard.
  • Prepare for and participate in accelerated command upgrade assessments and training.
  • Adhere to all company, regulatory, safety, and operational procedures.
  • Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, briefings, and post-flight checks.

🧰 What you will bring

  • Valid ICAO ATPL and Class 1 Medical Certificate with no limitations (except visual corrections).
  • Minimum 5,000 hours total flight time (excluding P3, rotary, and single/multi-engine piston time).
  • Minimum 2,000 hours command time on Boeing/Airbus FBW types.
  • Minimum 1,000 hours specifically on Airbus FBW aircraft.
  • Current Airbus FBW type rating, with Airbus FBW experience within the past 3 years.
  • ICAO English Level 5 or above.
  • Type rating for the aircraft currently flown.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UAE.
