Join Air Transat’s all-Airbus flight deck and help deliver safe, smooth journeys across our international network. As a First Officer, you’ll support the Captain in flight planning, preparation, and aircraft operations, executing all duties in accordance with company SOPs and Canadian aviation regulations.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Assist with flight planning, performance calculations, and preflight preparation.
  • Perform Second in Command responsibilities on the assigned aircraft (A321 or A330).
  • Execute duties delegated by the Captain to ensure safe, efficient operations.
  • Operate strictly in compliance with company SOPs and the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs).

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Licensing: Valid Transport Canada ATPL or Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) with IATRA or SAMRA/SARON exams written.
  • Medical: Class 1 medical certificate.
  • Regulatory knowledge: Thorough understanding of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs).
  • Logbook: Updated, certified pilot logbook.
  • Work authorization: Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Travel ability: No restrictions to travel to the United States or other countries served by Air Transat.

🌟 Nice to have

  • Aviation college diploma (asset).
  • Recent time on Airbus fly-by-wire types is advantageous.
