First Officer — Airbus Fleet (A320/A330/A350/A380)

🧭 The opportunity

As a First Officer on the Airbus fleet, you will operate in a multi-crew environment, partnering with your Captain and cross-functional teams to deliver safe, smooth and customer-focused journeys across all phases of flight.

🧰 What you’ll do

• Operate Airbus flight decks in strict accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Support the Captain from pre-flight planning through to post-flight review and reporting.
• Manage aircraft systems, performance and automation with sound technical judgement and airmanship.
• Collaborate with cabin crew and ground operations to ensure safe, punctual, and customer-centric outcomes.
• Promote a proactive safety culture through effective CRM, threat and error management, and clear communication.

🌟 What you’ll bring (Minimum Requirements)

• 1,500 hours turbine time.
• 1,500 hours multi-pilot time.
• A minimum of 1,500 hours on a multi-pilot turbojet or multi-pilot turboprop aeroplane with a maximum take-off mass of at least 10 tonnes, or certified for more than 19 passengers.
• Current and qualified on the A320, A330, A350 or A380 (type-rated).
• Valid UK CAA ATPL and Class 1 Medical.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 6.

• Only pilots holding a UK CAA licence can be considered at this time.

• Applicants must be currently type-rated and qualified on one of the listed Airbus types.
