AEGEAN, a Star Alliance member based in Athens, is inviting experienced Captains to join its Airbus fleet on a permanent contract. If you have substantial command time on commercial jets over 40 tonnes and a passion for safety, service, and teamwork, we’d love to hear from you. Non-Airbus type ratings are welcome.

🧭 What You’ll Do
- Command Airbus flights with unwavering dedication to safety, SOP compliance, and regulatory standards.
- Lead and mentor the flight deck and cabin teams, fostering teamwork and operational excellence.
- Deliver AEGEAN’s high service standards and support a punctual, passenger-focused operation.
- Embrace innovation and continuous improvement in flight operations and customer experience.
🧰 What You’ll Bring
- License: EASA ATPL(A) with a valid Class 1 Medical.
- Type Rating: Valid type rating on an aircraft with MTOW above 40 tonnes (Airbus type rating not required).
- Total Time: 5,000 hours in Commercial Air Transport on aircraft with MTOW above 40 tonnes.
- Command Time (choose one):
- 2,000 hours as PIC on aircraft with MTOW above 40 tonnes, or
- 1,000 hours as PIC on any Airbus FBW aircraft.
- English: Minimum ICAO Level 4.
- Right to Work: Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU.
