Join Riyadh Air’s growing A321 fleet as a Direct Entry Captain based in Riyadh. Lead international and domestic operations from the Riyadh hub with an unwavering focus on safety, professionalism, and collaborative flight-deck performance.
🧭 The role
As a Captain on the A321, you will lead safe, efficient operations across Riyadh Air’s network, working closely within a professional multi-crew environment while supporting the airline’s ongoing growth and operational excellence.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Serve as Pilot-in-Command on A321 flights across international and domestic routes from Riyadh.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, airmanship, and regulatory compliance.
- Foster effective crew resource management and a collaborative cockpit culture.
- Support Riyadh Air’s expanding operation through disciplined, on-time, and professional performance.
✅ Minimum requirements
- Minimum 5,000 hours total flying time on multi-crew, multi-engine aircraft.
- At least 1,500 hours of recent command experience on Airbus aircraft.
- Logged at least 150 hours as PIC within the 12 months prior to joining Riyadh Air.
- 5,000 hours multi-engine time.
- Valid ICAO ATPL.
- Unrestricted Class 1 medical certificate.
- ICAO English Level 5 or higher.
