• Lead by example, promoting teamwork, professionalism, and efficient decision-making.
• Champion stable, well-planned operations supported by modern rostering practices.

• Mindset: Professional, calm, collaborative, and solution-oriented; strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Minimum experience:
  • Total time: 3000 hours
  • PIC time: 2000 hours
  • In type: 1000 hours
  • PIC in type: 500 hours
• Qualifications:
  • Type rating: A320 family rating required
  • License: ATPL
  • Accepted licenses: EASA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 minimum
