🧭 The Role

As an A320neo Captain, you will ensure safe, efficient, and passenger-oriented operations across Marabu’s international network. You’ll lead by example in the cockpit and on the ground—demonstrating professionalism, clear communication, reliable teamwork, and a calm, solution-driven approach while upholding consistent EASA-compliant standards.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

Licences & Ratings
- License: Valid EASA ATPL (A)
- Medical: Valid EASA Class 1
- Type Rating: Valid A320 family type rating
- Language: ICAO English Level 4 or higher
Flight Experience
- Total Time: 3,000+ hours
- Total PIC: 2,000+ hours
- A32F Time: 1,000+ hours total on Airbus A320 family
- A32F PIC: 500+ hours as PIC on A320 family
