Airbus A320 First Officer (Type-Rated)

🧭 Your mission

As an A320 First Officer, you will partner with the Captain to deliver safe, efficient and passenger‑focused operations—every sector, every day.

• Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and deliver thorough briefings; manage normal and non‑normal procedures with effective CRM and TEM.
• Monitor flight path, performance and systems, ensuring precise FMS setup, fuel management and navigation.
• Maintain situational awareness and support data‑driven, timely decision‑making with the Captain.
• Champion a proactive safety culture, including accurate reporting and adherence to standards.
• Represent the airline professionally with colleagues, customers and stakeholders.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• In-type experience: 500 hours on the Airbus A320 family
• Type rating: Current and valid A320 type rating
• License: Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
• Accepted licenses: UK CAA
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP: Level 5
• Visa sponsorship: Not provided

Candidates must meet recency and currency requirements as per the applicable authority and company operations manual.
