Airbus A320 First Officer – NTR Welcome (Training Provided)

🧭 The role

As an A320 First Officer, you will operate short- and medium-haul services within a multi-crew environment, delivering safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations.

• Support the Captain across all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, performance calculations, and fuel management.
• Execute precise FMS programming and automation management with strong manual flying skills.
• Apply TEM and CRM principles to maintain the highest safety standards.
• Champion punctuality, customer service, and on-time performance.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive cockpit culture and continuous improvement.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Total time: 1,000 hours+
• License: Valid CPL issued by PCAA
• Medical: Current Class 1
• ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
• Type rating: Not required (A320 training provided)

Preferred: 100 hours multi‑engine time.

🌟 Training and development

Non‑type rated pilots are encouraged to apply. Successful candidates will receive company-provided A320 type rating and line training, with mentoring to build confidence and proficiency on type.

• You must hold a valid PCAA licence and Class 1 medical at the time of application.
• Visa sponsorship is not provided; candidates must have independent work authorization as required.
• Ability to obtain airport security clearances and travel documents.
• Clean safety and regulatory record aligned with company standards.
