✈️ The Opportunity

As an A320 First Officer with BeOnd, you will support the Captain to deliver safe, on-time operations and a premium onboard experience while upholding rigorous SOPs and a positive cockpit culture.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Assist the Captain in operating the aircraft safely and efficiently, maintaining a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor aircraft systems and performance across all phases of flight.
  • Support route and fuel planning, factoring in weather, aircraft performance and ATC constraints.
  • Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements, BeOnd flight operations manuals, checklists and SOPs.
  • Complete thorough pre-flight checks and briefings; confirm all documentation is complete and current.
  • Assist in preparing detailed flight plans that account for performance and meteorological considerations.
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with the Captain and ground teams to drive safe and efficient operations.

🧰 What You Bring

  • Valid EASA, ICAO or FAA ATPL (or FAA ATP, unrestricted); or a CPL/IR with ATPL theory credits.
  • Current A320-family type rating, with last flight on type within the previous 3 months.
  • Minimum 500 hours total flight time on A320-family aircraft.
  • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • ICAO English Level 4 (Level 5 preferred).
  • Strong CRM, SOP discipline and a guest-centric mindset.
