Operate the Airbus A320 as First Officer, upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance, and passenger care while supporting the Captain and wider crew.

Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and fuel management.
Apply strong TEM and CRM principles; communicate clearly and decisively.
Monitor flight progress, systems, and weather; anticipate threats and propose solutions.

🌟 Minimum requirements

Type rating: Not required — A320 training provided (NTR welcome).
Right to work: Ability to live and work where the role is based; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Non‑type rated? No problem. You’ll complete a comprehensive A320 type rating followed by line training with experienced instructors and training captains. Ongoing recurrent training and checks will support your continuous growth and proficiency.
