🧭 Your Mission on the Flight Deck

Operate the Airbus A320 family to the highest safety and compliance standards, adhering to company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Partner with the Captain through all phases of flight, demonstrating exemplary CRM, workload management, and situational awareness.
Prepare and brief thoroughly: performance, fuel, weather, NOTAMs, and route alternates with a clear, structured approach.
Execute checklists with precision and contribute proactively to TEM and Just Culture principles.
Communicate clearly with ATC, cabin crew, and ground teams to deliver a safe, on-time, and passenger-focused operation.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

Accepted Licenses: EASA
License Required: Frozen ATPL with IR, MCC, ME, and UPRT
Type rating: Not required (Training Provided)
PIC time: 70 hours minimum
Medical: Class 1
ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
Right to work: Required; visa sponsorship is not provided
